INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods, promoting relaxation and reducing stress by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system.
Duration: 45 minutes

RUSH SERVICES
Rush service is available upon request. Rush service availability varies, so a consultation may be required. In some cases, same-day services may be available. Please contact us for more information.
TRAVEL FEES
There is no travel fee for services within our standard service areas. For locations more than one hour outside of Louisville area, a $50 travel fee will typically apply. Contact us for more details.
EXPECTATIONS
We expect all clients and properties to be ready for our scheduled shoot day and time. To view our property preparation checklist, click here. We require a 24-hour notice for shoot cancellations. Inquire to learn more about our terms of service.
REVISIONS
