I’m Randy, the creative lead behind Red Dog Creative.

 

  For most of my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of photography, video, design, and brand storytelling, helping people and businesses show up with more clarity, polish, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead creative work across a wide range of projects, from portraits and family sessions to commercial work, branded content, and real estate media.

 

  A large part of my recent experience has been in real estate, where I spent several years leading media and creative services for Homepage Realty. In that role, I oversaw the media department, helped shape the visual standards of the brand, supported a growing roster of agents, and built systems that made quality creative work more consistent and scalable. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes not just to create strong visuals, but to create work that is actually useful in the real world, on deadlines, under pressure, and with a clear purpose behind it.

 

  Red Dog Creative is the next chapter of that experience. After years of building for others, I decided to step out on my own and create something that reflects both the range of what I do and the way I like to work: thoughtful, flexible, creative, and grounded in real client needs. Whether I’m photographing a home, creating headshots for a business professional, designing marketing pieces, or documenting a family or wedding, my goal is always the same: create work that feels polished, honest, and worth coming back to.

 

  I care a lot about quality, but I also care about the experience. I want people to feel comfortable, understood, and confident that they’re in good hands. Good creative work should not just look good. It should make people feel seen, supported, and proud of what they’re putting into the world.
